- To build strong & trusting relationships with key external stakeholders-solicitors, estate agents and third-party providers, to assist and facilitate a smooth transaction
- To shorten the period between memorandum of sale and exchange of contracts
- To understand and communicate unfamiliar legal/conveyancing terminology, ensuring both seller/customer understand and are re-assured
- To resolve ad-hoc/minor queries, allowing solicitors to focus on more complex issues and matters
- Identify and develop effective relationships with appropriate departments & staff members
- Generate all necessary sales/rental progress reports on a weekly/monthly basis as requested by the Sales Director/RSM’s/finance team
- To accurately forecast exchange and completion dates, in-line with agreed timescales discussed with vendors and purchasers weekly, ensuring forecasted exchange/completion dates are correct
The person –
- A successful track-record of working in a comparable role in an established organisation preferably in the real estate/property sector
- Extensive experience in delivering to set KPIs
- Clear understanding of competitors & industry
- Experience of reading legal documents, including leases and contracts.
In return –
- Up to £30k basic plus Commission and Bonus.
