Sales Consultant

Luxury Retirement Property/New Builds – Up to £35,000 basic with an OTE of £55000

This position comes with GUARANTEED COMMISSION for the first 6 months of £1500 a month, minimum.

Based – Onsite at West Byfleet Luxury Retirement Lifestyle Properties

Our client is seeking a Sales Consultant, to work from their new flagship site in West Byfleet, KT14.

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of an exceptional customer journey, from the initial enquiry through to completion of a sale and act within the agreed processes. By forming effective relationships, the prospective owner/tenant will have a capable single point of contact throughout their journey delivering the highest quality of service, product knowledge and overall experience.

 Your duties and background should include:

• Proactively supporting pre-launch events, open days, and marketing events
• First point of contact for customers – onsite and over the ‘phone
• Able to manage pipelines containing potential/multiple prospective customers
• Proven to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Experience of New Build and Off Plan property sales and lettings
• Ideally experienced within Senior Living and lifestyles
• Full driving licence, and the flexibility to visit other sites
• Availability to work weekends
• Excellent people skills
• Willing attitude with a positive outlook
• You should already have a proven track record of sales within the property world, and you should be comfortable and effective both on the ‘phone and face-to-face.
