A highly motivated and experienced Oracle Implementation and Continuous Improvement Service Delivery Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Oracle implementation projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.
You will need to bring in-depth Oracle knowledge and expertise, strong stakeholder management and communication skills and will have a proven track record of effective Oracle implementation project management.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle systems, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for Oracle implementation projects. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
- Identify potential risks and issues in Oracle implementation projects and collaborate with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and uphold quality control measures to ensure Oracle implementation projects meet required standards and objectives
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Educated to degree level or an equivalent level of experience.
- Professional qualification or an equivalent level of experience.
- Proven experience in Oracle (fusion) implementation project management is essential.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project planning and tracking methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
