A leading, professional services firm who support clients globally are adding to their team and are recruiting for a Client Manager. This is a client relationship based role where you will work with a portfolio of members and nurture, develop and support your members over the phone. There is no selling involved as you will support the existing members and build a first-class, long-standing relationships. You will be part of a small, friendly team who work hard and have fun along the way. Most importantly, if you have a well behaved doggy then they can also be part of the team as the business promote employee well-being and there is usually at least one pup if the office helping you out.

The job –

  • Maintaining and building relationships with current members
  • Continuous communication with members ensuring complete satisfaction with current services and products
  • Advising on other potential products the business can offer their members
  • Escalating and resolving any issues or areas of concern by members
  • Updating the CMS system
  • Managing client accounts with invoicing, marketing, events, payments and tracking
  • Various admin duties such as data analysis and development

The person –

  • Proven track record in building strong client relationships over the phone or in person
  • Very confident in speaking directly with clients across the globe
  • Some experience creating invoices, tracking and chasing payments
  • Demonstrable experience setting and managing customer expectations
  • First class written and verbal communication skills is essential
  • Experienced in MS Office and various CMS systems is desirable

The role is based 4 miles out of Solihull town centre in a village called Catherine-De-Barns and your own transport is essential due to lack of public transport and the idyllic location the beautiful offices are based.
