Danielle Martin

I have worked in Senior Sales for over 15 years, mainly within the Design Industry supporting global businesses.

During the pandemic, I reflected (as many of us did) on whats important and what I wanted . Finally deciding the time was right to bring the two most important things in my life together, family and career.

After numerous conversations, we felt the timing was right for both of us to pull our skills and experience together and create something amazing.

Having spent many years building, leading and managing teams I was excited to experience the process from the other side of the desk.

I am primarily focusing on commercial roles, encompassing all things sales & marketing .

Family, dogs, yoga and food are my passion and I intend to indulge in these with a focus on work life balance and long term success.

Oliver Martin

After 20 years in recruitment, working for some of the best businesses and leaders in the industry and following a global pandemic it was time for a change and to do what I’ve always wanted.

I love people but I do need energy and life around me to be ‘the best me’, so setting up a business on my own and acting as a lone ranger had never been attractive to me.

Also, having worked with some super recruiters over the years it was imperative that I work with someone who shares the same ethics and standards to me.

After a number of years of chipping away at my sister she eventually gave in and after a change of heart and some reflection of what’s important the decision was made to create Martin & Martin Recruitment.

I don’t miss having to travel to a city centre office every day, or battling to squeeze on to the train twice a day and drinking my body weight in Nero’s coffee’s. Now we spend more time identifying the best talent for our clients and enjoy life at the same time.

Of course! You can apply and be put forward for as many roles as we consider you suitable for. If you get an offer from more than one client, then the decision will be yours as to which one you accept.

NEVER! We only present your details to the client after we have spoken to you about the position, the company and received your permission to do so.
