Questions from Candidates
Of course! You can apply and be put forward for as many roles as we consider you suitable for. If you get an offer from more than one client, then the decision will be yours as to which one you accept.
No! We screen all applications and call suitable applicants to discuss the role and make them aware who the end employer is. Your details are only sent to a client once both you and we agree to do so.
NEVER! We only present your details to the client after we have spoken to you about the position, the company and received your permission to do so.
Whilst we are trying our best to reply to any incoming CV’s. at this moment it’s not always possible (we are working on it). If we think that you are suitable for the role then we will contact you to discuss the role within 2 working days. If we have not contacted you by then it could be that we felt you were unsuitable for the role or that we have not received your CV.
No. As we provide a confidential service to both client and candidate, we simply can’t give out such information.

We us various Job boards, that in our opinion generate some really good candidates, we spend hours sifting and searching. We also advertise our roles on LinkedIn and more importantly have our Talent Pool and Network as a first stop.
With every client and every brief, we work to agreed timescales. Each brief is different and dependant on how active the candidate market is, how niche your requirement is can depend on how long the project can take to complete.
We use various tools to attract the best talent and an advertising plan will be agreed. We don’t just advertise your requirement and hope for the best, we understand your needs and unpick the market to ensure success using the best market-leading recruitment tools.
