HR Business Partner
Leicestershire base (2 days per week / hybrid / multi site)
C£55k plus car allowance
Do you have HR Business Partner experience, and are you seeking a flexible multi suite / hybrid opportunity?
We are working with a UK-based Healthcare business to find a full-time HR Business
Partner, and the role comes with a salary of up to £55k plus £6k car allowance and benefits.
As part of the HR Partnering team, you will support a range of stakeholders across the
business within the Midlands region, with some of the wider UK teams.
In a typical week in this HR role, you will:
· Partner with stakeholders, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
· Implement a People Plan activity for your business areas with actions that support the
delivery of the overall Group People strategy
· Support managers to proactively manage employee relations issues and performance management
To apply for this HR role, you will need diverse industry and HR expertise, with proven success
in partnering roles in busy, multi-location and complex businesses. You will also require the
following:
· Experience as part of a high-performing team within a highly customer-centric service or
ideally with blue collar stakeholders
· The ability to establish effective relationships to collaborate, persuade and influence
· The skill to interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive a salary of £50-£55,000 plus car allowance and the opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team.
